While shopping the TER collection at JCP last weekend I stumbled upon this beauty. Besides the butt, the shoulder has been getting all of the fashion industries attention this year. In the summer it was all about off the shoulder tops and dresses. If you loved this look but want to be a little warmer you can go for the cold shoulder top. It’s a great way of showing a little skin but still being conservative.
